Seth Kanegis
Mr. Kanegis brings InnovaSoil Technologies his experience from a long and diverse background in business. As well as overseeing InnovaSoil, he serves as a founding and active partner in ELJ Technologies, the parent company, which likewise offers eco-friendly soil stabilization and pavement reinforcement solutions for road building and construction. Along with these ventures, he operates Seka Consulting Ltd., an investment and consulting firm. Before this, he held the positions of Chief Investment Officer and Chief Strategy Officer for Retail Worx.
After working for more than 20 years on Wall Street, Mr. Kanegis pursued other business ventures that included medical equipment distribution, biodiesel, media and entertainment, TV station ownership, and telecommunications. Additionally, he partnered with Wyclef Jean, the internationally recognized musician and humanitarian.
From 1988 until June 2005, Mr. Kanegis worked as an investment advisor at SAC Capital Management. Before this, he worked at Salomon Brothers Inc. as an Equity Trader.
He graduated in 1985 from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Economics and a minor in Business Administration.

Richard A Caplin (Ricky)
Mr. Caplin is globally recognized as a leading entrepreneur who has launched and led multiple organizations that have created thousands of jobs, including The HCI Group─one of the largest global healthcare IT consulting firms. As CEO, he led the March 2017 merger between The HCI Group and Tech Mahindra. He became one of the top global executives at Tech Mahindra, a global technology company with 117,000-plus employees.
Under his leadership, the combined companies are thriving through their continued support of the adoption of digital technologies in the healthcare space. In addition to these roles, he serves as the Chairman of Caplin Family Offices.
He is the recipient of the 2015 Ernst and Young Florida Entrepreneur of the Year Award and Jacksonville Business Journal’s Ultimate CEO Award. He has received recognition throughout the nation for his civic service. He was named a 2016 “Rising Stars of the Profession─Excellence in Healthcare” winner by Consulting Magazine, a Top 75 Leader in Healthcare by Advantage Magazine, a three-time University of Florida Gator100 award-winner, and was selected to participate in the KPMG Quantum Shift program, an elite group of America’s most promising entrepreneurs.
Mr. Caplin, a former Certified Public Accountant, graduated with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Florida. He completed executive education at Harvard Business School and the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. He lives in Jacksonville, Florida, with his wife and three children.

Dr. RJ Gosselin
Dr. Gosselin has extensive international experience leading companies to achieve their goals. For more than 30 years, he has been involved in helping companies develop and implement strategies to increase sales, expand market share, and solidify business success. Throughout his career, he has consulted with many clients from entrepreneurial ventures and small-to-medium-sized enterprises to Fortune 500 companies.
He formerly served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Catalyst Group International, managing a group of companies that applies his global marketing experience and business intelligence to strategic projects on five continents. In that capacity, he rapidly developed a global footprint in consulting with governments, global law firms, international banks, global television networks, and multinational NGOs.
Dr. Gosselin facilitated global reach in research, development, and market application that helped shape clients’ perspectives, knowledge, and insight worldwide. He also has served as President of ViVi Holdings, a company dedicated to eliminating digital communication barriers to connect people to their technology in simple and creative ways. And as President of The Jesus Alliance, he works to unite believers in Jesus Christ with opportunities to work together for worldwide impact with the Gospel.
Dr. Gosselin holds a Ph.D. in Leadership and Organization with the highest honors from Logos Graduate School.
